Arrigo Maternity shoot

After doing holiday photos last year for the Arrigos, it was really nice to be able to do some maternity photos for Dominique.  

Here are Dominique, Sienna, Joe and baby Lux (in belly) Arrigo.

Three Rivers, my peaceful place

Three Rivers is this little town outside of Visalia, where I grew up.  It's the place all of us Central Cali kids would escape to when the temperatures got too high in the valley.  I went back a couple of weeks ago and got to spend time with my friend Max and his beautiful girlfriend.  This is Max surfing slicky (the favorite pastime of the local river kids).  I got to photograph him just like I did 12 years earlier when I started shooting photos.  Definitely a nostalgic day.

My Cousin Miranda is graduating and...

asked me to shoot her senior pictures.  This is such a wonderful experience to be a part of.  I have always thought of Miranda sort of like a little sister and am so happy to be a part of this milestone.

After I got home and looked at all my photos I realized this doesn't take a bad photo.  After a couple of hundred shots it was really hard to pick out the best one.  She just has one of those faces.  Every, single, frame looks good.

What a lucky lady and even luckier photographer.

Linda and Hugo Eloped

My friend Linda of 20 years eloped.  She met a guy named Hugo, fell in love and got married.  I cannot think of anything more romantic.  Here are some shots for their marriage announcements.  I feel so fortunate to have been able to be a part of their love story.

Jared Rudolph, Hollywood Comedian

I have known Jared for five years.  When I started doing improv, he was in a group with my best friend so I ended up seeing him perform a lot.  I am so happy that he started doing stand up and am excited to have done his photos.   For this shoot, he needed some head shots but also had some other ideas to display his funny side.  This is what we came up with.
